The San Antonio Writing Project hosts its 10th Annual Teachers’ Conference on February 6th, 2016 at UTSA-Downtown from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.

dmillerThis year’s keynote speaker will be Donalyn Miller, author of The Book Whisperer.

In addition to Ms. Miller’s talk, there will be numerous break out sessions sharing effective teaching strategies for teaching writing in ELA and Content Area classrooms, Pre-K-College. Session featured books for teaching writing will also be on sale.

Attendees will earn three hours of PDC credit certified by the UTSA Academy for Teacher Excellence.
