2015 Write for Texas Summer Institute: Demonstration Read-to-Write Project for Content Area Learning

Description: This session will explore a demonstration “read-to-write” and “write-to-learn” module for teachers. The module asks grades 6 to 9 science students to explore and learn about invasive species and their harmful effects through reading and writing with an expository writing piece as an end product.
